The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 53 of the Disaster Management Act, section 3(2)(ii) of the Epidemic Diseases Act.

As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have involved in theft of 20 vials of Kalazar medicine worth Rs. 1,60,000/- from the store room Sadar Hospital, Madhubani. It is submitted that at the relevant time petitioner was posted as Data Operator and has got nothing to do with the affairs of store room. It is further submitted that it is

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
