In the present writ application, the following relief has have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (I) That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for commanding the respondents authorities to consider the date of superannuation of the petitioner in the light of 62 years of age as prescribed by the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya and similar relief granted by the University in the favour of one of the employee namely Bhuneshwar Dwivedi working in the College of Commerce, Patna.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20757 of 2011(5) dt.03-11-2017 2/2 Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.2 i.e. Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. The Respondent No.2 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
