The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 296 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 353, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code. Mr. Pramod Kumar Sinha learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the allegation made in the F.I.R. submits that the petitioner has been allegedly charged with causing commotion in the municipal office while demanding certain files. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of allegation made out in the F.I.R., let the petitioner namely, Captain Shahid in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52995 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 upon furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 296 of 2015 subject to the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
