As per order dated 04.08.2011, the Miscellaneous Appeal No.599 of 2011 was converted into CWJC. The record was placed before a Coordinate Bench on 21.09.2015 and the said Miscellaneous Appeal was dismissed under the same heading, i.e., Miscellaneous Appeal No.599 of 2011, whereas the said Miscellaneous Appeal No.599 of 2011 was converted into CWJC and accordingly CWJC No.18344 of 2011 was listed in the daily cause list. This is apparently a typographical error. The order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No.599 of 2011 be treated as order passed in CWJC No.18344 of 2011. The order dated 21.09.2015 passed in Miscellaneous Case No.599 of 2011 is accordingly modified and the said order be treated as order passed in CWJC No.18344 of 2011. B.Kr./- (Sanjay Kumar, J) U
