2. Petitioner is aggrieved for non-payment of arrears of salary for the period from 06.12.1988 to 16.07.1993 and from 23.12.1996 to 15.03.2007 and also pension of the husband of the petitioner was not fixed and even after his death in the year 2014, the family pension of the petitioner has not been fixed.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for redressal of his grievance before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura.

4. If the petitioner files a detailed representation before the respondent no. 6 - the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhepura, the same is directed to be considered and disposed of with consequential orders for payment of admitted dues of salary in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. The writ application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
