In this case, the petitioner is seeking relief that he should be appointed in place of his father who was working as IVth grade (Helper) in the Department of Building Construction in Patna Division, Gandhi Maidan at Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation but, till date, the same has not been disposed of by the competent authority. In that view of the matter, this writ application is
