The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.226 of 2016 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is named in the first information report in a case registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46032 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 2/2 any manner by this order.
