Case No. 132 of 2016, dated 12.07.2016, which has been registered for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41441 of 2016(2) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 the offences under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Mr. Harendra Prasad, learned APP has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2016 and in all its probability, the investigation of this case must have been completed by now.

However, if the investigation is still pending, it ought to be concluded within a period of three months from today. This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the application stands disposed off.
