JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 607 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 468, 469, 475, 476, 482, 483, 486, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner had purchased the Cement on payment after receiving genuine vouchers/receipt. Similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43415 of 2017. petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the

Case No. 607 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
