Having regard to the fact that the opposite parties have complied the order of this Court, the grievance of the petitioner now that the petitioner ought to have been given Class III post and not a Class IV post can never be made subject matter of the contempt application, inasmuch as this Court had never directed the petitioner to be given a particular category of post. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to continue with the contempt proceeding, inasmuch as this Court finds that the order of this Court has substantially been complied. This application is, accordingly, disposed of but nothing
