The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2017 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no offence of any provision of Essential Commodities Act is made out in this case. Further submission is that the allegation of distribution of food grains in less quantity appears to be vague.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
