Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 416 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

The petitioner is said to be the friend of the main accused and the victim girl has not been recovered yet. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after the victim girl is traced out and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, VI, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 416 of 2022.
