On going through the writ application, the Court is unable to discern as to what relief the petitioner has prayed for. If it's shifting of the school, then in my view, the petitioner should represent before the competent/appropriate authority who is better placed to appreciate the grievance of the petitioner. Mr. Mandal, appearing for the respondents-State has also submitted that any such grievance should have been raised before the authority for its consideration.

The writ application is disposed of permitting the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2577 of 2014 (2) dt.02-08-2016 2/2 petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the competent authority for consideration in accordance with law. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) rohit/- U
