It appears that due to typographical error, the concluding part of the order dated 13.01.2017 was typed as "However, the learned lower court is directed to dispose of the trial as soon as possible preferably within a six months, otherwise, petitioner will be at liberty to move for bail." The aforesaid observation be not treated as part of the order dated 13.01.2017. As such, the modification is allowed to that extent and a copy of the same be also sent to the learned court below.
