Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samho P.S.Case No. 36 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the informant.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the same occurrence one case has been lodged against the informant and others for brutally assaulting the wife of the petitioner and thereafter the present case has been lodged with an intention to save their skin.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23303 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Samho P.S.Case No. 36 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
