Patna High Court CWJC No.7426 of 2006(7) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Aggrieved by an order dated 23.01.2006 passed by the Collector, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in Mutation Revision Case No.12 of 2001-02, this writ application has been filed. It transpires from the impugned order dated 23.01.2006 that the said order has been passed under the premise that the consolidation proceeding in the area is not in operation. This is not in dispute that consolidation proceeding in the area is in operation, which has been restored in the year 2007. In such view of the matter, in my opinion, this application has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
