The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 384, 385, 386, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioners is of realizing rupees one hundred as extortion from the drivers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no. 2 mbeing a CRPF Personnel is posted in West Bengal and petitioner is no. 1 is cousin of petitioner no. 2. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
