Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 1901 of 2017 arising out of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 246 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 37(b)(c), 47(1) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the police. Petitioner was not arrested on the spot.
