Mr.Mohit Agarwal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 From order sheet, it appears that counsel for the petitioner had informed the court regarding demise of the petitioner during pendency of the instant proceedings.
In view of such information, this court on 30.08.2018 had allowed four weeks' time to file interlocutory application for substitution. Today, when the matter is listed more than a year later, no substitution application is on record.
No one appears on behalf of the petitioner nor prayer has been made for adjournment.
The effect of earlier order dated 30.08.2018 is that after lapse of peremptory time granted therein, writ petition would be considered to be dismissed. This court would order accordingly. Writ petition is dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 30.08.2018.
