Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as pursuant to tender notice dated 17.09.2012, work order had been issued in favour of respondent no.8, who had to complete the work within nine months as per the agreement, which time has already elapsed. A major part of the work has already been completed and payment of completed work has already been made.
