The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Bochachan P.S. Case no. 61 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 32(ii), 30(a) and 38(ii) of the Excise Act. Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 12.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34091 of 2020.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. His prayer for bail is again rejected.

The application stands disposed off.
