Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pachrukhi P.S. case no. 213/2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 294,372,373 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,4, and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Section 14 of the POCSO Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this petitioner is father of one of the girls, namely, Tanya Shree who used to sing song with Sonali in the orchestra party. In the F.I.R. it is alleged that daughter of the petitioner Tanya Shree with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10393 of 2018(2) dt.23-02-2018 2/3 other girls were performing vulgar dance on the orchestra and, on an information that behind orchestra immoral trafficking was also done, raid was conducted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the girls who have been arrested by the police have already been released by the learned Court below itself. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. case no. 213/17, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
