The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That the writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate order (s), direction (s) including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to make the payment of emoluments/salary to the petitioner who has been discharging her duty on the post of Vikash Mitra since from the date of her appointment i.e. 04.01.2014 and her emoluments/salary has been

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Samastipur, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
