Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 528 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 and Section 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of materials on record and from reading the FIR, it appears that the deceased has committed suicide. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26654 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 528 of 2018.
