The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 registered under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/307/302/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.29118 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
