This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order contained in Memo No. 1400 dated 25.10.2024 issued by Regional Deputy Director, Muzaffarpur whereby and where under the claim of the petitioner for grant of MACP from the date of completion of ten years has been rejected holding that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6585 of 2025(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 order passed in L.P.A. No. 522/2008 and order passed in L.P.A. No. 167/2016 is not applicable in the petitioner;

(ii) For further direction to the respondent authorities to grant benefit of ACP giving pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000/- from the date of completion of ten years of service and other consequential reliefs.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by a Full Bench Judgment of this Court in the case of Ravi Shankar Kumar V/s The State of Bihar & Ors passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23831 of 2018.

4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 and 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner in view of the law laid down by this Court in the case Ravi Shankar Kumar (supra) and decided the same within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
