Petitioner is in custody in connection with Amnour P.S.Case No.130 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.02.2020 passed in Cr.Misc.No.5881 of 2020 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sessions Trial No.562 of 2019 arising out of Amnour P.S.Case No.130 of 2019.
