Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhaptiahi P.S. Case No. 172 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 342 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 412 was added later.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused has looted a pick-up Van. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case and nothing has been found from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiahi P.S. Case No. 172 of 2022.
