The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

During course of occurrence of assault 32 persons including the petitioners were involved. Specific allegation of commission of injury at the head is against co-accused Fakhro, Yasin and Saddam.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53137 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/Successor Court in connection with Jokihat Police Station Case No. 248 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
