Though Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.2, but nobody appears on her behalf today. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No.184 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are said to have tortured the informant physically and mentally due to disease Leucoderma.

No.27095 of 2020(3) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law, petitioner no.3 is Bhainsur, petitioner no.4 is Gotni and petitioner no.5 is brother-in-law of the informant. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 2nd, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S.
