The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 84 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 1690 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that on perusal of Seizure List, it appears that the alleged recovery has been made from the bank of river Ganga. Nothing has been recovered by the possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
