2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr No. 1348/2022 arising out of Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022, lodged on 25.05.2022 under Sections 323, 341, 342, 326, 302, 34 I.P.C. and under Section 27 Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the FIR has been lodged against two named persons including the petitioner. There is allegation that they have stabbed the informant's brother due to which he died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that the criminal antecedent of the

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that from bare perusal of the FIR it appears that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner along with one other co-accused of stabbing the informant's brother due to which died.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 85 of 2022, pending before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City is hereby rejected.
