1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "a. For issuance of an appropriate Writ/Writs, direction/directions in the nature of certiorari or Writs, Order or Orders for quashing the order as contained in Memo No. 468-4 dated 28.05.2014 passed by the Block Teachers Employment Committee, Puraini represented through the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18688 of 2015(2) dt.06-03-2024 2/3 Secretary, Employment Unit - Cum Block Development Officer, Puraini, by which the order of termination has been passed contrary to provisions of the Bihar Panchayat Primary Teachers (Employment and Service Conditions) Rule, 2012 and further in utter violation of principle of Natural Justice.
b. For further seeking kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to direct the Appellate authority to decide the pending statutory Appeal Being Appeal No.-10/2014 without any inordinate delay by fixing a time frame to decide the same in accordance with law.
c. For seeking further kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to look into the matter and the concerned respondents may be directed to produce all connected records for perusal of the same for passing an appropriate order.
d. For any other relief/reliefs which the Hon'ble court may find deem fit, appropriate and necessary during pendency of the instant application in the interest of justice."
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, this Court finds that appeal no. 10 of 2014 has been preferred by the petitioner for the Teachers Employment Appointment Authority, Madhepura.
4. This writ application is disposed of directing the authority concerned to dispose of the appeal within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.18688 of 2015(2) dt.06-03-2024 3/3 four months from the date of receipt of production of the copy of this order.
5. In case the appeal has already been disposed of, a copy of the order shall be made available to the petitioner.
6. This Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioner which is to be decided by the authority concerned.
