JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P. S. Case No. 533 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 307, 354, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the inordinate delay of eight days caused in filing the FIR and the facts that the informant and her husband had sustained simple injuries as well as a counter case has also been instituted by the petitioners against the informant and her family members, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54607 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in Turkaulia (Banjaria) P. S. Case No. 533 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
