Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for the following reliefs:- (a) The order of deduction of salary passed by the Divisional Forest Officer Munger issued under Office order No.69 dt.11.05.2010 arising out of suspension order as such office order No.104 dt.11.09.97 as well as Office Order No. 106 dt.15.09.97 be set aside.

(b) The impugned memo No.1562 dt.18.05.2010 issued by D.F.D. Munger be setaside whereby and whereunder Rs.1500 has been deducted per month from the salary of Petitioner by treating him

Patna High Court CWJC No.13327 of 2013(8) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 without pay vide memo No.1562 dt.18.05.2010 be set aside whereby and whereunder salary for the period of 41 days has been erroneously deducted from the Petitioner.

(c) Memo No.227 dt. 04.03.10 issued by Conservator of Forest wild life, Patna be setaside whereby and whereunder, the appeal preferred by the Petitioner has been rejected.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to clarify this case to this Court. It appears to this Court that the pleading has been drafted poorly and nothing is clear. Therefore, on this ground, this case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner that he may move further with clear pleadings.

4. The writ petition stands dismissed.
