Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of abducting the wife and children of the informant. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement victim has stated that she was abducted by this petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that conduct of the victim suggests that she of her own went to the company of the petitioner and she has returned of her own. For the occurrence of 10.05.2014 the First Information Report was registered on 19.06.2014.
