JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khudwa P.S. Case No.31 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegations that the petitioners brutally assaulted the informant with deadly weapons, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in
