Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 347, 323, 324, 354(B), 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Case No. 268 of 2020.

As per allegation, the accused persons badly assaulted the members of the informant's side. The allegation against the petitioner is that she assaulted Babita Devi by catching her locks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that two days prior to the present occurrence, a case under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33550 of 2021(3) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 Section 366A of the IPC was lodged by the accused persons against the informant's side and due to that case, the present FIR has been lodged. He has submitted further that the petitioner is a lady and has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Darbhanga in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S.Case No. 268 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
