2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities to make investigation or direct the respondent no.6 to fairly investigate the case being Parsa P.S. case No.61 of 2025 dated 10.03.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(C), 21(b)(B), 29 of NDPS Act.

(ii) For directing the respondent authority to make inquiry upon the application

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.779 of 2025(2) dt.16-06-2025 2/2 filed/send by the petitioner through post.

(iii) For any other relief to which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts of the case.

3. Petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Chapra and represent before him with regard to his grievance.

4. The Superintendent of Police, Chapra will consider the representation of the petitioner and get the matter investigated independently as serious allegations have been levelled against the raiding party. If material comes in favour of the petitioner appropriate order shall be passed. If the allegations levelled by the petitioner are found false the investigation shall be concluded at the earliest and charge sheet/ final form shall be submitted.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application stands disposed of.
