Petitioner may surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above-named, is rejected in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P. S. Case No. 192 of 2014, pending in the court of Sri K. D. Rajaji, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.

If the petitioner deposit atleast 50 per cent of the demand raised against him, the court bellow will surely enlarge him on bail.
