The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Notice was issued to the complainant and she appeared through Vakalatnama.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also the future chance of reconciliation, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a
