The petitioner is in custody in connection with Griyak Pawapuri P.S. Case No. 518 of 2022/G.R. No. 4608 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 447, 354B, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.03.2023.

Prosecution case, in brief, is that all accused persons including the petitioner armed with iron-rod came at the house of informant and the petitioner assaulted the informant by ironrod causing rupture injury on his head due to which, blood started oozing and he fell down.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Griyak Pawapuri P.S.
