2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barhiya P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 16.04.2020 by the informant, Rajiv Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on petty matters, the accused persons resorted to assault causing injuries. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. At the outset, learned APP pointed out that the allegation is of the year 2020 and paragraph-8 shows that the process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have already been initiated.

5. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail.
