2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is accused of demanding dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, he is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2024. He further submits that the deceased was taken to the hospital and she was treated in the hospital where she died during treatment. The documents

The doctor and other staff have given a statement that the deceased had taken poison and because of that she died. He further submits that at the time of treatment, the informant was also present in the hospital.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 120 of 2024.
