The petitioners seek bail in connection with Special Case No. 18 of 2019 arising out Bihta P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B), 354 (B), 504, 506, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Submission is that under Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim namely Suman Kumari has stated different story from the FIR, she has not taken name of the petitioners in her statement and has not made allegation against her modesty or sexual harass. The petitioners have no criminal

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st, POCSO Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 18 of 2019 arising out Bihta P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
