Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 451 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 365, 364, 120B, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the confession of petitioner the key of the car of the deceased and the mobile belonging to the deceased have been recovered.

In view of the facts, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
