JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner even though advanced some arguments on behalf of the petitioner in the beginning but at the end she admits that the punishments inflicted upon the petitioner were in the nature of minor punishment which have got no consequence on the post-retiral dues of the petitioner. The petitioner has already retired from service on 30.06.2009 and the punishments had already taken effect even before filing of the present Writ Application. In this view of the matter, the Writ Application is not pressed.
