Patna High Court CWJC No.20655 of 2013 dt.07-03-2017 2/2 Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') in Appeal No. 03 of 2013 (arising out of Appeal No. 235 of 2009).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the same order was challenged before this Court by other affected persons in C.W.J.C. No. 19201 of 2013 (Renu Kumari & Ors Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) which was dismissed by order dated 26.11.2013. However, the same was the subject matter of L.P.A. No. 63 of 2014 which has been allowed by judgment dated 01.09.2016 and the order impugned has been set aside with a direction that the appellants be reinstated with liberty to the Authority to examine the records either by way of reconstruction or other attending circumstances.

Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the position. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in the same terms as is order dated 01.09.2016 passed in L.P.A. No. 63 of 2014.
