The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 09.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37099 of 2015 by which he seeks modification of the father's name and address of the petitioner No. 1. In support thereof, the petitioner No. 1, Sakhichand Paswan has filed an affidavit enclosing an identity card, bearing his father's name and complete address, which is mentioned as "Sakhichand Paswan, son of Asharfi Paswan, House No. 68, village- Muraubatpur, P.O. Muraubatpur, District- Vaishali".
Let the same be corrected accordingly.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55423 of 2015 (2) dt.20-01-2016 2/2 It has further been averred that under order dated 09.09. 2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37099/2015, name of Suresh Paswan, petitioner No. 2 could not be typed.
Let the name of petitioner No. 2, Suresh Paswan, son of Yogendra Paswan, Resident of village- Muraubatpur, P.S.- Desari, District- Vaishali be added and be part of the order dated 09.09.2015.
For the reasons stated in the modification petition, this modification petition is allowed and the time to surrender before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari Case No. 137 of 2009, is extended by further six weeks from today and to that extent order dated 09.09.2015 passed in Cr.
