2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for grant of appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s), to the respondents to demarcate the subject land of the petitioner which has been purchased by her by way of registered Deed No. 3446 dated 08.05.2015 (Most. Geeta Devi Vs. Punam Devi) situated under Revenue Village- Umdha, Revenue Thana

Patna High Court CWJC No.6079 of 2026(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 No. 260, pertaining under Khata No. 203, its survey no. 2908, admeasuring in area of 1 katha 7 dhur, bounded as in North- Khanta, in SouthKhanta, in East- Ram Bachan Singh, and in West- Road/ NH-101 because the private respondents created hindrance without any cogent and creditable grounds and any other appropriate writs/orders/ directions which is your lordship deem fit and proper."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Circle Officer, Chapra Sadar, Saran within a period of four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel submits that in any case, if such petition is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent who shall be noticing/hearing all the parties and shall take the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
